Le film

Deux hommes sont engagés pour éliminer un producteur de cinéma qui a fait fortune grâce a l'exploitation de la violence. Mais le lendemain, ce sont leurs corps qu'on retrouve décapités. L'inspecteur Doc Block est chargé de l'enquête. Il reconstitue le puzzle d'un scenario plausible. Ray Bering, ex-scientifique de la NASA travaillant pour un projet top secret, est par hasard témoin d'une partie des meurtres sur l’écran de contrôle de son laboratoire. Les images qu'il réussit a obtenir sont bizarrement floues. Il prend alors conscience qu'il est lui-même observé.
