Le film

Sept prisonniers parviennent, en 1936, à s'échapper d'un camp de concentration allemand. Ils ont pour objectif de retrouver un homme qui pourra leur fournir papiers et argent. Alors que l'un des prisonniers, Wallau, se fait capturer et torturer à mort, le reste de la troupe poursuit son évasion...
